Studio Information

Your appointment takes place in a private home studio located in the Legacy area of Plano. The full address will be included in your confirmation text once your appointment has been confirmed.

Our home is shared with two friendly dogs who may greet you with a bark when you arrive. While you might hear them from time to time, they are always kept separate from the studio and are never permitted in the treatment space.

Booking Your Appointment

Appointments can be booked directly through the booking widget below. A deposit is not required; however, a valid credit card is securely stored on file to reserve your appointment.

After booking, you'll automatically receive a confirmation email along with a short policy and consent form. Please complete these before your appointment to ensure a smooth check-in.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Life happens, and I completely understand. If you need to cancel or reschedule, I kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice.

Appointments cancelled within 48 hours, as well as no-shows, will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

Running Late

If you're running behind, please let me know as soon as possible. Depending on the schedule that day, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid affecting the next client.

Adjustments & Refunds

Due to the nature of beauty services, refunds are not offered on services rendered.

If you have any concerns about your lashes, please reach out within 48 hours of your appointment. Your experience is important to me, and I'll always do my best to address any concerns and ensure you're happy with your results.

Guests

To provide every client with a quiet, relaxing experience and allow me to focus on creating your best set, appointments are reserved for one artist and one client. I kindly ask that children, pets, and additional guests remain at home.
